Most English language programs don’t teach English conversation. The so-called “conversations” in most of the books sound unreal.  Rather, these “conversations” are merely two actors reading a text. That’s why textbook conversations are very different from real conversations in English. To understand native speakers, you must listen to them and not to fake textbook actors.

Therefore, I started to attend the American Corner in Astana and I'm really happy!  Thanks so much! Before my English speaking was just terrible and I was embarrassed to say anything. I didn’t think I could ever speak English well... 

At the American Corner I’m learning fast, I feel comfortable when I speak, and I love speaking English! It is working incredibly well. Thanks again for your program.  I am certainly going to recommend it to my friends.
